I would like to know the period I should wait to update the user accounts to KNIME Server Large. I need to change an active user on my knime server, but I am unable to do so because to this limitation.
@douglasfmed If I am not mistaken the time frame to release a user seat in KNIME Server is 3 weeks (20-21 days) after the previous user was deactivated or removed. If you need to adjust user seats before this time limit has passed please reach out to support so we can discuss possible options with you.
