How to use KNIME Hub Authenticator node with KNIME Business Hub

Hi there.

I was wondering how to authenticate a KNIME Business Hub using a KNIME Hub Authenticator node.
I have set it up as below and I am getting an error.
The error message is “ERROR KNIME Hub Authenticator 4:1 Execute failed: Application id/password appears invalid. Please provide a valid application id/password.”

However, it worked when I selected the “Current KNIME hub” option.
And the username/password I logged into my current KNIME hub is the same on this node.

I would be grateful if you could tell me how to authenticate.

Hello @hhkim ,
for security reasons you cannot use your username and password but need to create an application password as described here.
