I’m trying to run this example workflow and get the error below. I have a valid key.

Something is strange here. I ran into the same problem you did. For the reference of others, it’s this workflow:
Initially, I’m not able to make any changes to the configuration of the HF Hub LLM Selector node - everything’s greyed out.
If I click on “Show advanced settings” , a Model type toggle appears - if I make changes to this, I can at least execute the node, but then I run into a separate issue with the prompter downstream.
Let me check with the AI folks on our side.

I heard back already. Long story short, we will try to provide a fix in the coming weeks. It likely won’t be possible in the near term to use the HF models for agentic workflows - but it should be possible to use them for other use-cases.
Simple question - will the fix allow me to run the example workflows?
I believe so, yes, since the example WF you mentioned here is not agentic.
