I am new to KNIME Community

I just found this platform as I have a dataset of 190 Million Plus rows. My question is (a) How can I Read this file into Knime? and (b) How can I apply a linear regression model using trade flows as my dependent variable?
I do not need 190 million rows but potentially about 750,000 observations. Any step by step help would be appreciated.
