I want to create a workflow that reads some audio file with Wav extension from a folder and uploads it to the desired URL using the get & post methods.
Can you help me prepare the audio file for uploading?

Unfortunately nobody will be able to help you with just this description alone 
This all depends on what the API is expecting for the POST request. I’m not sure what kind of GET request would be involved if you’re getting it from a folder.
