I used to use the KNIME image converter to change bit type from short type to bittype after fiji trainable segmentation. This was functional until recent update to 3.6. The output is now an blank image. I tried various settings without success.

Any suggestions?

I am sorry the Image Converter is causing you trouble, let’s try to figure this out.
Can you please tell me which conversion settings you have set in the Image Converter, so that I can try to reproduce this issue?
