@Mark_Earll Just wondering if you had any success with using R ChemoSpec or hyperSpec to import and interpolate IR spectral files in KNIME.
I cannot seem to find any easy solution for this, any help would be appreciated!
Yes I have some R code that does this but its not very elegant. I will try to dig it out for you, give me a few days to find it.
