I could not find the exact workflow that you are looking for, but there are quite a lot of workflows on the KNIME Community Hub related to the Sales domain. I think that would be a good starting point for building an incentive compensation workflow.

To get meaningful help you’ll need to provide a lot more information about the structure you’e contempating, e.g. are these monthly bonuses (which are fairly unusual); is the total pool fixed?; will the scale be sliding (excellect performers get higher % than good performers?); is profitabilty considered, not just sales? This is not a trivial exercise. I’m not an expert but I’ve gotten an earful from my wife who was a compensation executive for a fairly large, complex company for 30 years.
