Incentive Compensation Sales Workforce

Hi everyone, I am looking for an starting point or guide about how to develop an Incentive Compensation workflow (Sales Persons, Payments Range, Incentives, Penalties, etc), the goal, get the monthly salary for each sales plan. Thankyou in advanced.

I could not find the exact workflow that you are looking for, but there are quite a lot of workflows on the KNIME Community Hub related to the Sales domain. I think that would be a good starting point for building an incentive compensation workflow.

To get meaningful help you’ll need to provide a lot more information about the structure you’e contempating, e.g. are these monthly bonuses (which are fairly unusual); is the total pool fixed?; will the scale be sliding (excellect performers get higher % than good performers?); is profitabilty considered, not just sales? This is not a trivial exercise. I’m not an expert but I’ve gotten an earful from my wife who was a compensation executive for a fairly large, complex company for 30 years.
