Incorrect Message in embedded config panel for component with no config

Description:
When a component has no configuration nodes, and in preferences, it is set to show Node configuration embedded inside application, and “Enable modern component dialogs” is turned on, if the component has no configuration, the message “This node dialog is not supported here” is displayed with the option to “Open dialog” that does nothing.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. In preferences, select “Node configuration dialog mode: Embedded inside application” and “Enable modern component dialogs”
  2. Place a component that has no configuration on the workflow, or alternative place a Table Creator on the workflow and then select it and choose “Create Component” to transform it into a configuration-less component.
  3. Select the component and view the configuration side panel. It shows the message “This node dialog is not supported here”. The “Open dialog” button can be clicked, but does nothing.
  4. Turn off the option to “Enable modern component dialogs”
  5. Attempt to configure the component again by pressing the “Open dialog” button and the popup window shows “Component is not configurable. Please include Configuration nodes”

Actual results:
Message says “This node dialog is not supported here” and a button “Open dialog” is displayed that does nothing.

Expected results:
The message should say that there is no configuration for the selected component, (eg Component is not configurable. Please include Configuration nodes") and there should be no option to “Open dialog”
