This isn’t a new thing but it’s bothering me more and more. Indigo Component separator can’t play with RDKit input. Example error:

13 1…" (index 1) in row “Row0_1” is SDF and does not comply with its supposed superclass RDKit Molecule
Can this be forwared to the indigo team? So that this gets fixed.
