Install Single KNIME extension offline

Hi
Do we have anyway to install one knime extension in offline method? instead of downloading the full offline package and mapping to software sites.

Ex - I have downloaded neo4j extension jar file but not sure how to install this extension in KNIME analytics platform

This isn’t possible without completely re-generating the update site.
