is there a node in KNIME that can show me the root folder?

Hello :slight_smile:
I am working on a flow to trace the updating time for a shared drive.
the idea that our sharedrive doesn’t have a standerd sub folders.
So some folders contain 10 sub folders and other contain files …
even with is the sub folders there might be another subfolders.
My question: is there is a way to filter the (List Files/Folders) node to look up in all sub folders and sub sub folder etc, and only filter to a root folder called (9400_Quality)?

Did you tried the filter options in the List FIles/Folders node?

You’d also need to enable “Include subfolders” for recursiveness. “Root” is also unix-agnostic but I assume you mean the “level 0” of a certain mount point like “C:”. Maybe you can use these nodes to get more contect:
