i am very new to kNIME and working on Time series models. When i am trying to install the python and remaining packages and restart the program. From that point onwards i cannot access to the KNIME Platform. Can anyone help me on this how to access the previous version.

Sorry you ran into this error straight off the bat. May I ask how you downloaded or installed KNIME?
KNIME brings along its own Java installation, which it points to from within the knime.ini file within the installation folder. You’ll usually find the file at C:\Program Files\KNIME\knime.ini.
Within the file, you should see two lines like these:
-vm
plugins/org.knime.binary.jre.win32.x86_64_17.0.5.20221116/jre/bin/server/jvm.dll
Could you check that the path actually points to a jvm.dll file?
