Do you have a publicly sharable plan for when KNIME will switch to use Java 21?
We’re looking at moving to Java 21 for some of our internal libraries that get consumed by KNIME which will be an issue for me being able to keep the KNIME integrations up to date.
There are some external projects, such as Apache Spark, which don’t support Java 21 yet. Until they do we have to stick with Java 17. Therefore we cannot provide a definite timeline yet but the plan is to switch as soon as possible.
