javax.net.ssl.SSLException

Hey,
when I try to deploy a big workflow to the server I get the following error

javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Connection has been shutdown: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset by peer: socket write error

The workflow seems to be deployed alright, a smaller test workflow was deployed without an error.

Hi @tbtt,
are you deploying the workflow with data or do you reset it beforehand? Do you deploy via Rightclick -> Deploy to Server or Copy & Paste? Also, which KNIME Client and which Server version do you use? Have you imported a custom SSL certificate or are you using the one the server comes with?

Hey Alexander,

  1. I tried it with resetting now, no error, seems like this helps.
  2. I deploy Via Rightclick -> Deploy to Server
  3. I am using KNIME Analytics 4.1.2; Server is 4.9.3. update is planned though.
  4. I didnt import any certificate, so I guess I am using the default one?

Thanks for the feedback. Is resetting an acceptable solution for now? Because then I would suggest waiting for the update to 4.10.3 and see if this resolves the issue. If it does not, please feel free to contact me again!
