Is there a configuration setting to change the default 1 minute timeout for jobs to be loaded? Although it is expected that jobs should be started within a minute, sometimes it may just take a little longer to do so.
I have set the com.knime.server.job.default_load_timeout to 10 minutes for our KNIME Server and the default is 3 minutes but the error logs we still getting is stating that a workflow took longer than the 1 minute timeframe to load so then it errors.
This default is only used if the load timeout is not specified with the request itself. Where exactly are you getting load timeouts?
