Hi,

I have a question regarding the Knime server Job Preview functionality which looks great – thanks for this. We can visualize data table content but not variable values on metanodes and wrapped metanodes which only provide variables as output. Is there a reason for this?

Hi Claire,

currently this is not implemented directly. We will have this implemented with the next major release this summer.

If you currently want to see the variable, you can already do this with the Node Monitor. You need to enable it via View -> Other -> KNIME Views -> Node Monitor.
And if you select a node, you can in the Node Monitor see the Variables (But also other things, like the table) In this video I was demoing it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLTP3bbPZow
