Does K-AI require to have the paid version?
No - should just work fine with the free version.
You’ll need to create a knime hub account and log in so you can use it.
Needless to say to be cautious in case you are in a corporate environment (at least when in Europe) with regards to information security/ data privacy

Thanks Martin. I am on KSA and I am already registered on KNIME Hub, but still I cannot connect to KNIME K-AI?

Can you share some more details? What do you mean with KSA? Is that your location?
You say that you cannot connect so I assume you have the extension installed:
You can check this (in modern UI) by clicking Help => About KNIME Analytics Platform => Installation Details.
If it is installed do you see the log in button when selecting K-AI from the left menu?
Once you click the login button, a browser window should open and you should be able to provide your account details and password.
After that you should see this:
And then you should be able to use it:
