KNIME 3.5 under jre1.8.0_151

Hi all,

I was running Knime 3.4.2 under W10 on company laptop i5 with jre_1.8.0_151. Everything was ok with fun. Then came the major update to knime 3.5 which seemed to run smoothly and KNIME was closed and PC rebooted.

Now KNIME does not go over initial banner and stops starting.

Any registry entry involved in the updating? I have no right to write to registry.

Any hint?

Hi Andrea,

can you try to add a "-clean" to the knime.ini and see how if this helps in this case? Just add it right before the "-vmargs" argument.

No problem. Unfortunately I just noticed much less RAM in use, but KNIME start seems to be still stuck.
