When editing a workflow or component’s description using Modern UI ( KNIME 5.2.2 ), if you click on a node on the workflow, the Description panel changes to the description of the node and all changes in the current edit session are immediately lost without any confirmation or chance to save changes.
This is frustrating especially when you have just spent 15 minutes putting effort into providing details for the component, just to have it all vanish.
In Classic UI, KNIME prompts you and warns you that you would lose the edits, and there is a chance to save the current edits.
Please can this behaviour be replicated in Modern UI.
