KNIME Analytics Platform grinding to a halt when viewing jobs

Hi

My company has recently migrated to Platform 4.1.1 with Server 4.10.1. The previous versions we were on were 3.5.2 and 4.6.1, respectively.

Executions have been fine - but when we’re logged into the server (from the platform) and expand a schedule to show all the executed jobs, the platform grinds to a halt (when there are a lot of jobs to show). We just get the timer icon continuously and Platform continues to consume CPU resource. Even if we get to the stage where we can delete jobs, the job deletion is glacially slow.

This did not happen on the previous version of the server with the exact same workflows running. Is this a known issue and is there any way to fix it?

Closing this topic in accordance with the requester as we had already a ticket opened from a colleague regarding this performance issue. We are already analyzing the logs.
