I do wonder if anybody uses KNIME workflows to connect with Pimcore (https://pimcore.com), collect data from that system and/or upload data there.
Any feedback will be more than welcome.

Hadn’t heard of it before, but after a little Googling it sounds like REST nodes might be the way to go.
