knime-base.jar not including all source code at github

In the knime-base.jar(branch release/2019-06) do not including the all source code at https://github.com/knime/knime-base/tree/releases/2019-06
I want to use org.knime.time package in my customize node,anyone could provide some tips for me to resolve the issue? thanks in advance.

You need to add a dependency to the org.knime.core.time bundle in your plugin.xml file:
