I just downloaded the latest updates (Palladian and Spellchecker.) Now KAP 5.3.2 Windows can’t find my workspace. I’ve got my workspace installed in a non default folder. Its always worked in the past. If I try “Switch Workspace” KNIME closes. This is really frustrating.

@christian.birkhold @ScottF there seems to be a problem with the latest release [image] Important bug for Windows Users when starting KNIME KNIME Analytics Platform Hi, I quote the title of an another post ( Important bug for Mac Users when starting KNIME ) because the problem seems to be the same for Windows (Windows 10 and Knime 5.3.2) : when starting Knime, it open an empty workspace and I need to swicth workspace to the correct one. No Windows update, no Knime update since yesterday (when Knime works correctly). Even when I delete this unwanted workspace, it reappears the next time I open KNIME, forcing me to manually change the workspace location eve…

Thanks. I saw those posts. Just point out the problem with no fix. I’m dead in the water. I’m tired of taking my life in my hands with every update. @ScottF

[image] rfeigel: I just downloaded the latest updates (Palladian and Spellchecker.) So - you do suspect that this is caused by these two plugins or not?

@rfeigel under KNIME 5.3.2 (Windows) the software reverts to a standard knime-workspace and not the one assigned

@qqilihq I uninstalled the Palladian extensions and the problem was no longer there it seems. So there might be indications that it is indeed these extensions. I re-installed Palladian. After the first re-start everything was fine but with the next one the problem started to appear (again). Palladian for KNIME 3.1.1.202409151310 ws.palladian.nodes.feature.feature.group palladian.ws
