100 named users using KNIME desktop
10 named user access to the KNIME server/portal
5 service account access to the KNIME server/portal
Does that $39900 a year [business hub plan] (KNIME Pricing | KNIME) include both the server hosting and unlimited user access to the KNIME server? Does it mean it is the maximum cost to use KNIME in any business enterprise deployment? Will that business hub plan cover AD authentication integration?

Yes, that is correct. The Knime Analytics Platform (KAP) is free of charge.
FYI - The Knime Server is the predecessor of the Knime Business Hub (KHB).
About the Hub and the sizing. It generally depends on what you plan to use the Hub for or how (i.e. high frequency workflow execution). One user can theoretically, albeit that being very unlikely, saturate an entire server.
The starting price of KHB of €35,000 / $39900 annually is for the basic plan. There is also the Standard and Enterprise tier (check the table on KNIME Pricing | KNIME )
Data Apps and REST Services ONLY to other KHB users
Note: That means DataApps cannot be implemented into websites nor can the workflows get calles via REST from external
