KNIME Corrupt File? Unable to load workflow?

Hi, My computer unexpectedly restarted when a KNIME workflow was running. First I received this error, shown below, but now it appears ALL of my workflows that used to show up under my LOCAL workspace are gone. All of my stuff is backed up on one drive, is there anything I can use in there to help bring things back? I also seen some postings talking about copying, creating new folder, renaming, etc but they weren’t exactly clear as to what exactly to copy.I also included snapshot of my knime-workspace folder. There is a “workflow.knime” file here, and there are also ones within each folder(workflow), can those be used to recover the workflows? Really hoping someone is able to help.
