Hi Team, I have upgraded my knime server version from 4.16.3 to 4.16.9 in the same shared path in different aws instance, the executor in that instance is not activating the error it was giving as systemd[1]: knime-executor.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=4/NOPERMISSION

@vyda_rajesh This could be a couple of things. The executor may be failing to allocate its license appropriately if you tried starting the executor multiple times. Please check that no other executors are already running, give it 10 to 15 minutes, then try starting the service again.

It could also be a misconfiguration of the executor, or of the systemd service. If the executor still won’t start after trying the steps above I would recommend opening a support request via the web portal or by emailing support so we can assist you with troubleshooting this issue.
