Knime extensions not installing

I keep getting this error message “installing software’ has encountered a problem. An error occurred while installing the items” whenever i try to install python integration extension.

How do I resolve this? I am not using a VPN for my internet connection

Although you say you are not using a vpn, is it possible that you are using a proxy, or have a firewall that is blocking access as mentioned in the above?

I have added knime to exclusions on my windows firewall but the error keeps popping up after installing to 25%
