Knime Info.plist error on mac

When trying to install the Knime Google Connectors Extension I receive the following error:

An error occurred while configuring the installed items

session context was:(profile=KNIMEProfile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Configure, operand=null --> [R]org.knime.product.macosx.configure 4.3.1.1611676738437, action=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.touchpoint.natives.actions.RemoveAction).

Backup of file /Applications/KNIME 4.3.1.app/Contents/Eclipse/Info.plist failed.

File that was copied to backup could not be deleted: /Applications/KNIME 4.3.1.app/Contents/Eclipse/Info.plist

I am using Knime 4.3.1 which is the latest version of Knime authorized by my IT department, as well as the latest version of MacOS authorized by my department which is Ventura 13.3.

How should I proceed?

I consulted with the technical team, and unfortunately, technician updates for version 4.3 are no longer supported. You may need to request an authorized update from your IT department. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
