Hello Team,
Today, there was an outage and we were unable to connect either to Load Balancer or to individual TOMEE URL via web portal and KNIME AP.
We couldn’t locate what has caused this outage from the logs and seeking your help to identify the same.
Whereas, we saw KNIME service was running on the TOMEE server.
Also, this is the second time facing the issue and we have fixed via performing a failover to make the server available.
