KNIME Platform error & Cannot install extensions

Hi there,

I’m having trouble installing Text Processing extensions on the KNIME instance we configured for KNIME Server. I get some errors in the error log but not sure what is wrong.  (Attached is the screenshot and also the error log)
I’m not able to test some of our workflows this way. If anyone can please take a look.

It looks like your installation is damaged. There are several missing files and some operations during startup also fail to write to some directories. This could also be related to missing permissions on the installation folder.

Thanks. I will probably reinstall this KNIME instance.
