KNIME Server Connection Error

I’m facing an issue where I’m trying to import a workflow into KNIME Server, I followed the installation guide and installed the executers, JDK & TOMCAT. Also I verified the credentials and can access the WebPortal very perfectly.

When I try to add a new mount point using KNIME explorer, I specify the same server address http://localhost:8080/knime but the authentication method type dropdown menu (credentials) is greyed out and after applying and closing the window and try to connect to the server it gives me this error found in the figure.

Is the license file mandatory or what? please I need help with this issue

Yes, you do need a license to use KNIME Server. It’s our commercial product to complement the open source KNIME Analytics Platform. Let me know if you want me to connect you to our sales team!
