Is there a way to make the user experience in the webportal easier where they do not need to navigate through multiple folders? In an ideal scenario, the user can set a specific workflow as a favorite, so it appears right away after signon, or in a “favorite” folder.

I’m afraid this isn’t possible within the WebPortal itself. However, each workflow has its own URL, so it is possible to bookmark them, e.g. in the browser’s favorites bar. Any logged in user should then have direct access to any bookmarked workflow (given they have permission to access the workflow).
