Knime Workflows are not visible in the Webportal

Hi Team,

I have some workflows under the /var/knime/knime_workflows/workflows/ and I can see them with the analytics platform. But the problem is not all the workflows are visible in the WebPortal and only partial of workflows can be seen

Knime version: 4.6.5

Why do I see this inconsistency? Could someone please help me on this.

Would you please share some screenshots of what you can see in the KNIME Analytics Platform and the WebPortal regarding the mentioned workflows?

The WebPortal only shows workflows that the user is allowed the execute (run) while the AP shows all workflows which are in a workflow group that the user is able to read.
