I seem to be having trouble finding a node to calculate the KL divergence in KNIME. I have the stats by week/month, but want to monitor the KL changes over time. I end up calculating it by hand but I’m sure there should be a better way of doing it all in 1 workflow. Thanks for the help.
There are several R packages that can do that. If you have an example and data we could set up an example workflow.
