I know that there is also activity with KNIME in some parts of China as I received some time ago an invitation for KNIME workshops which was written in Chinese. Unfortunately I already deleted the invite, so I can’t geive you any more information.
It might be worth to contact the KNIEM partners in/for China KNIME Partners | KNIME.
Maybe somebody from the KNIME team can give you some more details about learning material in Chinese @mlauber71 @Maarit
