Lhasa KNIME node update

The Lhasa public plugin has been updated to provide 3 new nodes:

  1. Remove Empty Rows: provides a quick way to remove a row if all cells are missing
  2. Kill configure: disables passing on the output table specification from the configure method, the table spec will only be available after execution. Created to attempt to speed up loops, may also be useful in testing nodes.
  3. StringCell To File: writes one file per row outputing the contents of the selected column's cells.

Should be available from trunk and 3.3 update sites.
