Login to Knime in Modern UI error

Hi,

When using Knime 5.7 in the Modern UI I am unable to access the User Login:

Error reads : Login Failed, Error while retrieving server information for login, probably because the server is not reachable.

However: If I switch to Classic UI then I CAN login to the hub, forum etc.

However: If I am logged in using the Classic UI and then If I then switch over to the Modern UI the login does not follow and I am back to needing to login with the same error.

If I then switch back to Classic UI I am still logged in to the Knime portal ……

Is this a Bug or a Feature of the Modern UI and why when you log into the portal on one UI does Knime not carry over the login to the other ?

Hi @mgirdwood -

Are you still running into this issue? We tried to reproduce the problem internally and weren’t able to.

If it’s still a problem, could you possibly provide a quick screen recording?

Hi, @ScottF Apologies for the delay,
I had just run an auto update yesterday on Knime and I now see its running 5.8. The error with the login now appears to have gone so I believe that this is now closed in this instance.
