Hi I installed Knime and Javascript Views (Labs) extension on MacBook Air. When I chose Decimal place as 3 in Configure in Data Explorer, the interactive view does not limit to 3 decimal places.

Welcome to the forum.
Thank you for reporting, this happens because the node is checking for “double” in the column type, but that was recently renamed to “float”. We’ve created a ticket UIEXT-2942 to track this regression.
