Major upgrade to Matched Molecular Pairs (MMP) Nodes

We have released today a major update to the MMP plugin in the Vernalis nodes.  The plugin fixes previous memory issues, and also provides much improved performance.  At present it has only been introduced to the Nightly Build, so please use and let us know if you experience any problems.  We anticipated release to the stable builds within the next few weeks.

We will update our KNIME book page with some more description of the new nodes, and provide some example in due course.

The update has now been applied to the KNIME 2.12 and 2.11 stable builds too.  An updated description of the new nodes is now available at https://tech.knime.org/book/vernalis-cheminformatics-nodes#MMPs

All original nodes have been deprecated.  Users are advised to upgrade workflows to the new equivalent nodes.
