The matched paid node does not work witn integers [e.g num of heavy atoms], so I tried converting it to double by both column rename and number to string> string to number. It still throws an error.
Any particular reason why it does not work with integers? Any workaround? Has anyone encountered this before?
There is a bug in this node with regard integers. The workaround is to use a Maths node on each integer column so you get a double output.
Internally we have fixed this bug and implemented other improvements, hopefully at some point in the future we will have an opportunity to release this update to the community.

The Matched Pairs node has had some major revisions and released today in the Stable build, go to Install new Software from Help menu and select from the Cheminformations section.
