In previous versions, you were able to double click on a tab and it would maximize, this seems to have disappeared. How can we get that back?

this still works, however, if it does not work for you, can you try to first double click the KNIME Explorer, than close its maximized window by double-click again.
Afterwards Workflow Editor Window can also be maximized via double click.
We are unfortunately aware of this problem and are still trying to find a solution.
