Meaning of SVMreg parameters

In the SVMreg module of weka one can choose e.g. the RBFkernel it has a C default value of 250007 whereas the c value of the node is 1.0

Since there is no description of the parameters I'm slightly confused whether both "C" and "c" mean the same or not, or what is the difference. Can anyone explain this?

Ok, found the solution: 'C' is the chache size and 'c' is the complexity.
