Memory leak in RMSD Filter node?

I run the node within a loop. Each iteration compares two structures. The loop runs for over 10,000 iterations.  Memory usage rises throughout but does not decrease once the workflow completes.  I cannot run the workflow more than two times without getting slow-down and, eventually, a "GC overhead limit exceeded" error.

Hi John,

thanks for reporting this issue. Sorry for the late answer ... vacation time of the year.

Would you be able to attach a simple workflow that demonstrates this problem? Thanks for your help here. I hope to find some time in the next 2 months to look in to it and to provide a fix, if possible.
