Missing molecule to indigo

Hello All,

I have installed the full package of KNIME, I would like to know how to use "Molecule to Indigo" ?

Hi,

To my knowledge there is no such node. You can read in molecules using for example the SDF Reader node, and then use the output directly as input for the Indigo nodes (for example the Molecule Properties node).

The direct conversion nodes were removed in the change to KNIME 3 and they now just use adapter cells.
