Missing nodes like String Manipulation in 3.7

Hi all,

I get this error when opening Knime 3.7 - An error occurred while automatically activating bundle org.knime.jsnippets (890). I got the same error in 3.6.2, therefore I upgraded, but with no luck. It looks like Java based Knime Core nodes are not somehow activated. Any clue where is the problem please? Thank you.
