It could be nice to have a top-bottom layout or vertical layout to make it easier while using the mouse scroll. It will greatly enhance the UX. So that user can choose or switch between the layouts

welcome to the KNIME forum.
I understand there is a tension between hardware typically used. On the one hand, screens are wide, so it makes sense to build horizontal workflows to see more at a time. On the other hand common mice only support vertical scrolling, which makes navigation much easier in the vertical direction. Let’s see how others think about this trade-off.
In the meantime, you can hold the Shift key on your keyboard while scrolling the mouse wheel to scroll horizontally.
