it seems that the Mistral API is not fully compatible to the OpenAI standard. Are there any plans to adding a Mistral LLM Connector Node? Would be cool in terms of GDPR constraints as it is a european (french) provider.

+1 from me - having the ability to use providers within EU I think is a very good idea (although I realise that Mistral models may be lacking behind a bit vs. the three big providers (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI)
