I am trying to maintain a connection to a MongoDB cluster that changes which Server is the Master. I can maintain the connection with one IP address through other tools but Knime fails. Would appreciate any help from anyone that has encountered this issue and knows of a solution?

welcome to the KNIME Forum! Can you tell me what the error is that KNIME outputs? Which version of KNIME and MongoDB are you using?

Hi Alexander, It would bascially just not connect - I wil try to get the error recreated but we are trying to get Knime server into production today and have had an issue with the “RMI executor could not be started” that is taking all of our attention…

The RMI issue is probably due to the latest Java update: Java update 8u242 breaks execution with RMI executors
