MUI: Quick Create New Workflow - Add option to chose or display the location

Hi,

When using the Plus icon to quick create a new workflow, it conveniently does so at the location in the Workflow Repository aka “Explorer”.

However, once a workflow got opened, the “Explorer” pane is close since the UI switches to the Nodes Repository aka “Nodes”. Henceforth, when creating a new workflow, you might already have forgotten to which location you navigated to an might create the workflow in a wrong spot. As a consequence, you might not find that since the search in MUI is also non-recursive (yet).

Therefore, I’d like to suggest to either:

  1. Display the path where the workflow shall be created
  2. Add the ability to chose a location

Thank you for the feedback.

The idea behind creating a new workflow through the Plus icon is to make sure it is created in the folder you’re currently in. So, the workflow is placed in the current folder.

By the way, we alread have a ticket to provide an option for the destination location when importing a workflow or creating a new one (NXT-2697).
